Platform Integrity
All Virtual Jury Box systems are built on trusted, industry-standard software configured with the highest available security settings.

Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Every participant signs an NDA before viewing any case materials. They agree to keep all case information private and to delete any materials after the session.

Secure File Uploads
You’ll receive a dedicated encrypted upload link for any exhibits, briefs, or videos you share. Files are stored in a protected environment with limited access only to project staff.

Controlled Access to Recordings
All recordings, transcripts, and reports are stored on secure cloud platforms using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. Only authorized team members can access them.

Data Retention Policy
Case materials and recordings are retained only as long as necessary for reporting and are securely deleted upon project completion or at your written request.

For Participants

Your Privacy Matters

Confidential Participation
All sessions are private. Only the moderator, the research team, and fellow participants can see or hear you. Your identity and contact details are never shared with lawyers, clients, or other participants.

Information You Provide
When you sign up, we collect only the information needed to match you to studies. This helps ensure that mock juries reflect the real demographics of actual venues.

Data Protection
Your information is stored securely and never sold or used for marketing. Access is limited to authorized Virtual Jury Box team members involved in participant coordination.

Recordings & Reports
Sessions are recorded for research purposes only. These recordings are securely stored, analyzed, and deleted once reporting is complete. Participants are identified only by a first name or anonymous ID within reports.
